26 Feb Congrats to Josh Liljenquist for CFP® Certification
Joshua Liljenquist, CFP®, Vice President of Investments at First Western Advisors in Salt Lake City, UT has been authorized by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board) to use the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CFP®certification marks in accordance with CFP Board certification and renewal requirements. Mr. Liljenquist has worked at First Western Advisors since 2014 and specializes in comprehensive financial planning and asset management.
The CFP® mark identifies those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning. CFP® professionals also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Rules of Conduct and Financial Planning Practice Standards.
Josh graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in International Studies. He has been in the investment industry for 8 years and has both bank and brokerage experience with several reputable companies. Josh is dedicated to educating his clients while helping them meet their most important financial goals.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid outdoorsman with a particular affinity for backpacking, fishing and skiing.
Josh is passionate about traveling and immersing himself in foreign cultures and beliefs. This began with 2 years spent in Brazil as a volunteer for his church. He hopes to one day tune his passion into domestic and global philanthropic operations.
